Singer Eddie Kendricks born

Singer Eddie Kendricks born in Union Springs, Alabama. He is best known as one of the original members of the Motown group, "The Temptations".

His solo career began in 1971 and includes hits such as "Keep on Truckin" and "Boogie Down."

He succumbed to cancer in 1992.
